"Paradise Cove Villa " is a beautifully designed and furnished oceanfront home situated on a very private cove with views from every room. Located one kilometer from town, you are only 20 minutes away on foot, 10 minutes by bike, or 5 minutes by scooter from the center of Utilan activities. On a calm day, you can enjoy some of the best snorkeling Utila has to offer right from your shore. Beautiful coral, various fish, and even lobster are commonly observed.

This 2001 home features 3000 square feet of indoor living space, with an additional 1000 square feet of outdoor deck. The main house boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus loft; accommodating up to 6 people (Please note that our home not suitable for infants and young children). In addition, there is also an apartment located under the main house with room for two more guests. Both the main house and apartment have full kitchens with stoves.
