The community clinic is staffed by an American doctor. Fees are quite inexpensive but care is somewhat limited. Serious problems are treated on the mainland. The island also has a hyperbaric chamber.

GETTING AROUND ON THE ISLAND:
Golf carts can be rented from Rita's, Florita's, or Lance's.
Lance's Rentals will rent Golf carts, 4-wheeler, motorcycles and motor scooters by the day.
Bikes can be rented from Utila Bike rental, Richard's (Delco) Bike Rental, and Juan's Bike Rental. Each offer hourly, daily and weekly rates. Check around for the best rates.
Taxis can be found for around $ 1.50, anywhere in town.

Bush's is the largest grocery store and offer free delivery.
VHS & DVD RENTALS AND THE MOVIE HOUSE:
Stop by the Reef Cinema to rent the lastest VHS & DVD releases. Mon-Sat 6:30am to 6:30pm Sunday 6:30am to 12:30pm.. The Reef Cinema also shows movies several evening a week. Stop by and check out the schedule.
POST OFFICE:
The post office is located on the main dock and is open Monday - Friday from 8am - 3:00pm
